Mortgage broker
An individual or company that acts as the intermediary between borrowers and lenders to secure a suitable home loan for lenders. Their job includes negotiating the best deal for a loan on the borrower’s behalf and overseeing the application and settlement processes. Usually, borrowers do not need to pay fees to mortgage brokers as they are charged a commission by the lender when a mortgage is initiated.
