We use security and encryption technology which allows your BrickX Account information to be transmitted and stored securely. The circumstances where we collect, use and disclose your personal information are set out in the Theta Privacy Policy and the BrickX Privacy Policy.

All funds in your Wallet are held on trust in a bank account operated by BrickX that is kept separate to the business activities of BrickX.
