Is my money and information secure?

We use industry standard security and encryption technology which allows your BrickX Account information to be transmitted and stored securely. The circumstances where we collect, use and disclose your personal information are set out in the BrickX Privacy Policy.

All funds in your Wallet are held on trust in a bank account operated by BrickX that is kept separate to the business activities of BrickX.


You must take all reasonable care to ensure that your e-mail account(s) are secure and only accessed by you, as your e-mail address may be used to reset passwords or to communicate with you about the security of your Digital Wallet. In case any of the e-mail addresses registered with your Digital Wallet are compromised, you should contact Customer Services at: info@brickx.com without delay and also contact your e-mail service provider.
