How is the rental income calculated and paid?

Rental income for a property is calculated monthly using the following formula:

Gross Rental Income – Property Expenses – (if applicable) any Interest Payments =
Net Rental Income for the Property.

We then divide this net rental income by the 10,000 Bricks in the property and distribute according to your Brick holding.

Note: For each Brick held at 11.59pm on the last day of the month, a Brick Owner is entitled to their proportionate share of the monthly net rent earned by the BrickX property.
