How long can I hold a Brick for?
There are no time restrictions on how long Brick Owners can hold on to a Brick, so long as Bricks in the property remain available to buy and sell on the BrickX Platform.
We schedule a vote every 5 years (from the property’s settlement date) to decide whether the property should be sold. Refer to the Product Disclosure Statement for more information.
