What happens during any period a property is vacant?
We work hard to ensure properties always remain tenanted.
However, if the property becomes vacant, any expenses will continue to be paid out of the cash reserve. This may result in Brick Owners not receiving rental income, or receiving a reduced amount, for that month or a period of time.
