What happens if I am a Brick Owner in a property that is sold?

If you own Bricks in a property that is sold, your Bricks will be redeemed and you will receive your share of the net proceeds from the sale (less the 1.75% transaction fee, wind-up costs and repayment of any debt where applicable).

You must be holding Bricks in that property at the time of sale. The money will be paid into your Wallet as soon as the sale is finalised.
