How do I withdraw my funds?
To withdraw your funds, follow these 3 steps:
- Login to your BrickX Account
- Select withdraw funds (under Funds Available for Build My Own)
- Then confirm your withdrawal
Your funds should arrive in to your bank account within 1-3 business days, depending on bank processing times.
If you’re investing using the Smart Invest approach, you are not able to withdraw funds directly from your ‘Funds Available for Smart Invest’ to your bank account. You must first disable Smart Invest. Your funds appearing in your ‘Funds Available for Smart Invest’ will then be automatically transferred to ‘Funds Available for Build My Own’ in your Wallet. Once this transfer is complete you can complete the steps above.
