This document, typically prepared by a conveyancer or solicitor, details every aspect of a property transaction. It usually includes (and is not limited to):

  • The complete address of the property

  • Names of the buyer and seller

  • Names of the seller’s agent

  • Terms and conditions of the transaction (payment and loan details)

  • Initial deposit paid 

  • Total sale price 

  • Dates of offer, settlement and cooling off period
