What's the difference between 'Funds Available' and 'Funds Awaiting Investment'?

Smart Invest Members only

If you’re using Smart Invest, your monthly direct debit payments and any distributions you receive as a result of rental income, will appear in your Wallet as ‘Funds Awaiting Investment’ until funds are invested. Top-up payments can be made to the Funds Awaiting Investment from your BrickX Account.

To buy your own Bricks under Build My Own, you’ll need to deposit  funds into your Wallet, via Poli and/or BPAY. This money will appear as your ‘Funds Available’ which you can then use to buy Bricks at your discretion. Distributions earned are paid into your Funds Available and can be applied to future Brick purchases you choose to buy or withdrawn to your nominated bank account.
