When a property is newly listed to the BrickX Platform and is waiting for Platform settlement, we offer Bricks at the initial Brick price (based on the property’s purchase price and acquisition costs minus any debt).

To take advantage of this, you need to pre-order Bricks prior to the Platform settlement date. This period is referred to as the pre-order phase. Once the property settles, you can then sell your Bricks if you choose to.
