What is the Platform Settlement Date?
The Platform settlement date is the date determined by BrickX on which the Pre-Order phase finishes. This may or may not coincide with the completion date for the purchase of a property. You can view the Platform settlement date under the ‘Properties’ tab.
If you pre-ordered Bricks during the Pre-Order phase you will acquire the Bricks from the Initial Brick Owner on the Platform settlement date. The Bricks will appear in your portfolio.
