How does the voting process work?

The vote will be managed by an independent third party called CorpVote. If you own Bricks in the Trust that holds the property immediately before the meeting is called, you will be eligible to vote.


The sale of the property can only proceed if the holders of at least 50% of the total Bricks vote in favour. 


More details on the voting process and how you can vote will be provided in due course. All Brick holders will be notified of the details via email when they become available.
